Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m the founder, Maddy Lynn. My journey is one that I believe many can relate to. In 2022, I began experiencing hormone issues that made me feel like I was being hijacked by my own body. I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
Determined to find a solution, I started researching what could be disrupting my hormones and was stunned to discover that nearly every product I used—whether on my body, in my home, or even in my food and drinks—contained potentially harmful chemicals.
Trying to control what I could control, I sought out toxin-free alternatives but found that the options were limited and often prohibitively expensive. As someone who loves baking and experimenting with recipes, I decided to try making my own products. To my surprise, the results were affordable, effective, and even better than store-bought versions.
In 2024, I gifted some of these homemade products to family and friends for Christmas. Their enthusiastic feedback was unexpected—they loved the products and wanted more! And so, Clean Slate Essentials was born.
